Lily, Year 3

Mrs Davis, School Secretary

How long have you been at Heywood Prep?  Tell us your favourite thing about the school?

I started Heywood in September 2017. I think the best thing about the school is the playground because I like the bar you can hang upside-down on!

I've been at Heywood Prep for five days and everyone is so nice and friendly; they have made me feel welcome!

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I like to draw people and things, but I also like to draw fashion designs.

In my spare time, I like going for long walks with my husband.

What’s your best and worst food?

My best food is pepperoni pizza. My worst is lasagne because I don't really like mixed foods, except things I make myself. I really like the school cheese mixed with sweetcorn!.

My favourite food is pasta and I really don't like celery!

Who is your favourite teacher, and why?

My favourite teacher is Miss Evans because she is very kind and clever.

My favourite teacher is Lee-Jane in the office, because she has taught me so much about how the school runs this week!

If you could do any job for a day, what would it be?

I would be a fashion designer and I would design a wedding dress.

I would like to work in a lab doing blood tests, because I'm fascinated about how illnesses are detected and cured through tests.

If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?

I would make sure we had chocolate doughnuts for pudding every day after lunch!

I would end poverty.
